I'm not sure I fully understand your question. If you are talking about the links on the ColdBricks application, you certainly can since the code is open source; you will just need to edit the layout page, however you need to keep the license and copyright information if you want to redistribute it.
But if you are talking about the footer links on any website that you create with ColdBricks, then you can also certainly change anything on them; the exact file would depend on which site template you use to create your site.

Yes Sir ! That's what I exactly want to know.I w'd like to edit the branding on the sites I created with coldbricks .I w'd like to create the sites for my self and one site for my brother's company .

Yes you can change all that easily, when you open your site within coldbricks go to the "Templates" module and there you will be able to edit the master template of your site. There you can add any HTML that you want and will be displayed on every page.
